Sales price (including tax): Personal: 480 yen per month / 4,800 yen per year; Consult Lite: 980 yen per month / 9,800 yen per year (up to 100 Fortune-Teller Chat sessions per month; for comfortable use, up to 50 exchanges per day, counted over the most recent 24 hours). Fortune-Teller Chat: 4,980 yen per month / 49,800 yen per year is no longer accepting new applications (existing contracts continue as before). The Work, Love, Money and Relationships options (480 yen per month each) and the All Options bundle (980 yen per month) ended new sales as of September 1, 2026. From October 4, 2026, Work, Love, Money and Relationships fortunes are included in Consult Lite. Existing contracts continue as before. Details are stated on each plan page.

Charges other than the price of the product: None (communication charges are borne by the customer)

Payment method: Applications made in the iPhone app are paid through the App Store (Apple). New applications on the website are currently suspended while we switch payment methods

Payment timing: Charged on each renewal date after the free trial (7 days) ends. The free trial is limited to one time only, the first time, per customer. For the second and subsequent applications, billing starts at the time of application. For applications made in the iPhone app (App Store), the free trial and billing timing are subject to the conditions set by Apple.

Contract period and automatic renewal: Monthly plans renew automatically every month and annual plans every year, and unless cancelled, fees continue to be charged on each renewal date.

Time of service provision: Available immediately after payment is completed

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from "Change plan / Cancel" on the account page. Even after cancellation, the Service remains available until the last day of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are made. If you purchased in the iPhone app (App Store), cancel from Settings → your name → Subscriptions on the iPhone (the plan renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date). Refunds follow Apple's procedures.

Accessories (made-to-order goods)

Sales price (including tax): Shown on each product page (Entry 33,000 yen / Middle 66,000 yen / High 99,000 yen; made-to-order custom designs from 110,000 yen, by quotation)

Charges other than the price of the product: None (shipping is borne by the Company; communication charges are borne by the customer)

Payment method: Payment at the Company's BASE shop (credit card and other methods shown on the shop page)

Payment timing: When the order is confirmed (upon payment on the BASE shop product page sent after the specifications are finalized).

Delivery time: Because the items are made to order, they are shipped 2 to 4 weeks after the order (finalization of specifications). If there is a delay due to production status, we will contact you individually.

Returns and cancellations: Because these are made-to-order items, returns or cancellations for the customer's own convenience cannot be accepted. If a product is defective, please contact us within 8 days after the product arrives. We will exchange it for a non-defective item, and if an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund (in this case, shipping fees are borne by the Company).
